Permitted use
Use PIA for lawful property research, portfolio review and authorised organisational workflows within your purchased limits.
Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt unauthorised access, defeat paywalls or rate limits, reverse engineer proprietary scoring, scrape licensed data, upload malicious content, impersonate others or use the service for unlawful discrimination.
AI use
Do not submit restricted personal information or rely on AI output without reviewing cited evidence. Attempts to extract hidden prompts, provider credentials or proprietary model configuration are prohibited.
Enforcement
PIA may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect the service, customers, providers or legal obligations, with review procedures to be finalised before launch.
